Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All Parts orders ship generally within 1-3 Business days, Some Cal Spa-Catalina Spas and Specialty Factory Brand Parts ship in about 10-15 business days, If you need something shipped faster please contact us and we will do our best. All Factory Part Orders are charged at time of order.

Customer pays Shipping on all parts returned if ordered incorrect, a 20% Restocking Fee shall Apply. Parts must be returned unused and within 30 Days of Receipt. Electronics are non-returnable. At time of receipt of returned parts you will receive a Store Shopping Credit Less the restocking fee or Correct Parts. No Refunds
